Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs with warm professionalism
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) effectively
- Uphroom cleanliness and safety standards across public areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid NV work permit and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude under high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions a plus
