Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using our property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as a local resource, recommending dining and attractions in Long Beach
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (for potential airport runs)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
