Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room status tracking and reporting
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and transportation
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if applicable to duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
