- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly

- Operate PMS systems and reservation software
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun + holidays)

- Basic computer proficiency (Opera, Microsoft Suite)
