Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest assistance with restaurant reservations, transportation, and local attraction recommendations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend arrivals with efficiency and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams for seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Act as hotel ambassador with comprehensive knowledge of Baltimore's attractions and events
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and courteous communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) including evenings
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Knowledge of Baltimore tourism landscape and local attractions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
