Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to accounting protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling when needed
- Participate in pre-shift briefings to align on daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with grace
- Valid California driver's license for valet operations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
