Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room reservations and inventory via PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
