Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests with speed and precision using property management systems
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and special requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if required for property errands)
