As the face of our property, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing top-tier customer service to every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor security cameras and door access for safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and hotel software.
- Must be reliable and available for shift work.
