- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and operate hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
