Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns and emergency situations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate shift reports and key security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
