Responsibilities
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
