Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information about local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Utilize the property management system (PMS) to update guest profiles and process reservations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate transportation arrangements as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel reservation software.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
