As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive until their departure. We pride ourselves on our premium amenities and top-tier service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reservations: Assist with making reservations, updating guest profiles, and managing room availability.
- Security & Access: Verify guest identification and manage room access keys securely.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with mail, packages, and general lobby management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
