Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in/Check-out: Manage the registration process efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with courtesy and speed.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and security of guests and property assets at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area at all times.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required for the right candidate.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Appearance: Maintain a professional, polished appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Mindset: A strong problem-solver who can remain calm and composed under pressure.
