As a Front Desk Agent on our weekend shift, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We pride ourselves on delivering luxury service, and we are looking for someone who embodies our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism and poise.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
