Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle front desk inquiries, including reservations, directions, and local recommendations.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and credit reports.
- Assist with concierge requests and coordinate with housekeeping for room status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Clean, professional appearance and grooming standards.
