Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Operations: Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Communication: Relay important messages to staff and ensure guests are informed about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and requests with a positive attitude, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates to housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Schedule: Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with computer systems (PMS experience is a plus).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Language: Bilingual skills are a huge plus.
