Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage P&L, budget planning, and cost control measures
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Forge key partnerships with local tourism boards and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (required)
- Minimum 7+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Opera, PMS, and revenue management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Arizona Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
