Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.Manage front desk operations, including processing check-ins, check-outs, and answering incoming calls with a professional tone.Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to ensure a pristine environment.Handle reservations accurately using our property management system and assist with concierge requests.Assist with luggage handling and provide directions to local attractions to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
No prior experience required – We provide full training for the right candidates.High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
