Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for guests with efficiency and warmth.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize hotel management software (PMS) to update guest information and process reservations accurately.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, ensuring all public spaces are pristine.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
