Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying all necessary information and collecting payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage reservations and update the property management system (PMS) with real-time data.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
