In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable stay from Friday evening through Sunday night. You will manage guest relations, handle inquiries, and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and key card issuance.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift luggage when assisting guests.
