Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in/out guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive team environment during high-traffic weekend periods
Qualifications
