Your Mission:
As a Weekend Shift Agent, you will be the face of our brand. You will manage check-ins and check-outs with grace, handle guest inquiries with a smile, and ensure our lobby is a hub of comfort and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
- Manages the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration processing.
- Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment at all times.
- Cross-trains with other hotel departments to support team needs during peak weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Must be professional, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
