As the face of our property, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and attended to from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems.
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily bankables accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand and move about the lobby area for extended periods.
