Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
