Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-in & Check-out: Process reservations efficiently using our property management system (PMS) and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for every guest.
  • Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with dining reservations to enhance the guest stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing in-person inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Security & Access: Monitor building access, verify identification, and ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.

Qualifications
