Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Process reservations efficiently using our property management system (PMS) and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for every guest.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with dining reservations to enhance the guest stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing in-person inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access, verify identification, and ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
- Visual Presentation: Maintain a pristine lobby area and ensure all public spaces meet our high aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, PMS (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch), and standard office software.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping others and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
