Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized welcome experience.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently using our advanced property management system.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and transportation in San Jose.
- Maintain the lobby and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required.
