Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately or take detailed messages.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with lobby concierge services, including luggage handling and directions.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage.
