Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Process payments and handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
