- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services for weekend guests

- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management software efficiently
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Sabre, etc.)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience
