Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, making them feel right at home.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, verify information, and manage check-outs using our property management software.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding local dining, directions, and hotel amenities with a professional tone.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine and organized lobby area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our property.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest requests and minor complaints immediately, escalating complex issues to the manager.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail services, wake-up calls, and filing as needed to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts.
- Experience: No prior experience required; full training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professionalism: A neat, clean appearance and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
