Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are neatly folded and restocked according to brand standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and other staff members.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines during the cleaning process.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned rooms within the allotted shift time.
- Organize storage closets and keep cleaning supplies well-stocked.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for eagerness to learn and work.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic physical fitness to lift and move supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
