Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and clean atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
