Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Manage reservations and room status updates using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed guest records
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation arrangements
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if assisting with transportation)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
