Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Process mail/packages and maintain a secure guest key system
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet coordination duties)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
