Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with personalized service
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns with prompt solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate PMS systems and maintain accurate records
- Promote hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
