Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our property management system while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, room upgrades, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Execute emergency procedures and maintain security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
