Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments accurately
- Process payments and maintain secure financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license if required for errands
