Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide local attraction recommendations and transportation assistance

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
