Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet patients and visitors warmly, answer phones professionally, and manage the front desk reception area.
- Scheduling: Assist with appointment scheduling and patient check-in processes efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, update patient records in the database, and handle incoming correspondence.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access, issue visitor badges, and ensure the lobby area is clean and organized.
- Communication: Relay messages between departments and provide general information to callers and visitors.
- Problem Solving: Handle patient inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and practice management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
