- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle cash handling, process payments, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
