What You Will Do:
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently, ensuring a smooth start and end to their stay.
- Manage phone lines and emails, answering inquiries about our amenities and local attractions.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and assist with concierge services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a 5-star experience by addressing guest needs immediately and professionally.
- Check-In/Out: Verify identity, process credit cards, and issue room keys using the PMS system.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries and in-person visitors.
- Problem Solving: Resolve minor issues on the spot to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, invoices, and daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent verbal communication and English proficiency.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
