Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage and mentor front-line staff, ensuring high-quality customer service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor inventory levels, including guest supplies and food & beverage stock.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
