Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms to the highest standards.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure the property is well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems is a plus.
