Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with creative problem-solving
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends required)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Albuquerque local residents preferred
- Valid NM driver's license and clean record
