Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to exceed industry standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment and use eco-friendly cleaning supplies efficiently
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities in guest rooms
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for chemical handling
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Adhere to property-specific quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Cleaning certification (e.g., AHLEI) is a plus
