- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate room status and inventory management
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork orientation
- Texas hospitality certification preferred
