Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and lobby maintenance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process reservations and update guest information accurately in our property management system.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory (we train great people).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
